1. Very good. Clean, concise, informative, easy to navigate.

2. One negative comment. I should be able to click on the logo in the upper left corner to return to the home page. Especially as I could not find a button labeled "home".

3. Suggestion. Use Server Side Includes instead of DW templates. Much easier to maintain.

I'd like to see the looped photos on the home page slowed a little.

Neat, simple and focussed website. Let's exchange links...

I would also recommend adding a link to the homepage on the logo; that's a standard.

I would have opted for a picture gallery in the estates descriptions.

Last, i see a lot of new sites with a width of 800 pixels; was there any particular reason for keeping this small size despite the large amount of 1024 screens being used?
