These are things that just caught my eye, not in any type of order.
1. The logo in the upper left hand corner is real fuzzy and hard to read.
2. The blue text on the brown background in your navigation bar does not look right.
Here are three links that may help you with choosing a good color scheme:

3. On your product page, when you click to view larger image, your image really should be bigger to show detail. Right now it is the same size as the standard image.
4. The products you are selling are commercial products. Your site appears to be geared for personal use.
5. You may want to consider a toll free number for your customers to contact you at or some sort of live chat help if they have a problem with your product.
6. Selling and being geared toward the commercial industry, many businesses do not have a PayPal account and therefore cannot purchase your products. You may want to consider getting a merchant account and accept credit cards this way as well.
7. Your slogan states "Premier online coffee for the UK and international". Nowhere on your page is international shipping addressed. Does that fall under free shipping? Does that still fall under the received within 14 day policy? Can your machines be used in the US? Can it run off of USA power (60 Hz)?
8. Under your link consumption, your stats are based in 1997. Out of date and should be removed or updated. I would also remove the table of contents navigation as these links already appear on your top navigation bar.
9. Since you do state international, I suggest a currency converter, if possible.
10. I would get rid of the eye catching light aqua tag 'call for price' and put the from price in this tag. The first thing you see is all of them call for price. You have to read to see the from price. This makes people believe there are no prices on your page at all at first glance.
11. Your meta keywords and descriptions are identical. I believe this was brought up earlier.
12. Not sure of what search terms you are going after, but looking at the products you are selling, may I suggest words like "coffee supply, restaurant supply" or whatever terms best suit your area for this.
13. If possible, for your product specifications, if a .pdf is available that shows specifications, user manuals, etc. that a link to this .pdf would be helpful.
