Default Please Review My Site Redesign

Hello (webpro)world! I have been working on a redesign for this site and I must say, it desperately needed it. I inherited the terrible design and poor internal structure, and have tried to organize things as well as I can.

Here is a link to the new design:
http://www.removeit.org/sitetest/

This is my first "release," so I'm expecting to have validation issues and maybe some broken links here or there.

Here is a list of the feedback I'm most interested in receiving, though any criticism is welcome:

-> The dropdown nav (I decided to go completely css, with no js)
-> CSS image placement and transparency (all browsers except IE 6 support png transparency)
-> Any stretching/skewing of the template
-> Any browsers other than < IE7 displaying the IE-only stylesheet
-> Any browsers other than < IE7 that need the IE-only stylesheet

Known issues:
-> IE error on first load of external js for image rotation
-> Konqueror doesn't correctly display nav hover transparency, but does fine with png transparency
-> Image preloader script is executed continuously though it should only do so on the first visit
-> No content currently present in the right-hand bar
-> Terrible image quality in rotating testimonial image and affiliate icons on the side (will fix)
-> "Resources" section still under construction, so expect broken links there
-> Invalid XHTML (suggestions on implementation are certainly welcome!)
-> Most pages need individual meta data and most share the same title (big SEO no-no, I know...will fix)

Thanks in advance for all your replies!

Personally, I prefer the old design.

The new design:
1. Looks awful in Firefox under Mac OS X.
2. Is not all "above the fold"

Care to substantiate?

Is the awfulness specific to Firefox, and if so, how?

Logos are shifted up and to the right.

From my browser (Firefox 2 in Windows XP), the content is all on the left, with the exception of the LDF, ABA, etc, icons, which are "outside the box" in the blue area on the right side of the page.
