Would love some feedback for this Music Community

This is a Music Community I've been working on for a couple of months and I would love some honest feedback.

* When visiting the site, is it clear what it's about or do I need to make something more clear to a new user?
* What do you think about the design and colors?
* Is it easy to navigate?
* Are the loading times OK?

I think that it is clean and easy to navigate.
It is comfortable for me so you need to completely redesign it.
At 58 years old, I am way out the demographic for this site.

I think it is a clean design, but your top menu bar should use more, and I think your Google Ads take way too high of a priority on your page.

The top should be more visual, more engaging and encouraging people to visit.

A lot of clicking needs to be done to get to content, narrowing some of the clicks down would be a bit of a help, but it's a good site with good content, now you need to add some touches that will help get people, and keep people once they are there.

Make sense. Offer them a reason to enjoy and come back and engage.

davebarnes, nice that you also found it easy to navigate. Even though you may not be part of the main demographic I'm targeting, some variation is always nice. Perhaps it is a bit too clean though.

weslinda, I agree that the Google Ads were probably too much in focus there. I've removed them for now and will try to find a less obtrusive place for them.

I'll see what I can do about the number of clicks. They can probably be narrowed down a bit.
