Default I am now beat, I surrender

After following Green Eagle, Incredible help and others suggestions. I surrender. I am doing well on Google for my keywords, but remain in the toliet on Yahoo and MSN. I dont know what else I can do to get top ranking in MSN and yahoo. Except pay for it. Dont have the cash.

Here's my site http://kathysparger.com/

Pick the SOB apart, just be tender and polite. I'm down enough.

Please don't yell

Looking at your site for a few, I couldn't find:

Instructional materials about mortgage loans, the different types...I couldn't immediately find tools I might need like mortgage calculators......I couldn't find your latest or hottest properties……In fact I didn’t see any kind of CMS system playing out the latest property listings anywhere!

Where do you come off saying;

“After following Green Eagle, Incredible help and others suggestions….” I am in a hole??????

By the way:

Why do you have 4 consecutive links to your SiteMap at the bottom of the page? The SEs get the idea 1st time around.

And what’s this:

Not even a DTD!:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...sparger.com%2F

I could be mean and ask:

What planet are you from? Or: Why would you demean good advice here from long time contributors, without even taking their advice…..but I won’t go there.

There is no reason to "YELL" here.

That’s no way to introduce yourself or your issues here. We are a little more friendly than that. You may want to SUBMIT YOUR SITE FOR REVIEW.

The "Site Doctors" will give you a hand over there.

With as Busy as I am selling homes I think it's probably worth hiring it out to be done. I got a qoute I think for $1500 a month, 12 month contract, that's more than reasonable. My husband took care of the website stuff until he was deployed to Iraq, he is now in Fallujah. He emails and tells me to go here for help. Honestly I cant keep up with selling homes, taking care of 4 kids and doing all this.

Yet another website that is hurting its business instead of helping it.

If my real estate agent came over in dirty jeans and a ripped shirt and said "lets go look at some houses" I would laugh at him and find another real estate agent.

The same goes with your website. You can't put up an unstructured conglomerated mass of information and expect anyone to take it seriously.

Most people will simply click their back button and find a site that makes them feel comfortable. If you really want to show your "internet" market you're serious, have your site professionally designed.

In the mean time, I would take this site down ASAP before you lose any potential business.

Just my opinion.

Yeah, pretty unprofessional and ugly.

here is a sample of your real estate competition:

http://www.roxanarainhomeinfo.com/

http://www.davesellsoc.com/

http://www.robintaylor.com/

Just ask yourself if you looked at your site and then these who would choose to sell your home??

I rest my case.

I hate to tell you, but those sites are unprofessional and ugly as well.

Here are a couple examples of websites that help their clients feel comfortable with their services:

Jason, your comparing a large company like C21 to an individual site?? (that dose not mean an individual site can't look just as professional)but there is an expense factor to the individual.

I just grabed those sites as they advertise on my site.

Most real estate sites are marketing the individual not the company.
