Default RE: http://www.greatlighting.com

I like the general look and feel of this site. However, I was frustrated with the images at the top of the first page. I could see that they had alt text, and appeared to be clickable links. For instance, hovering over the second image brings up "Casablanca Ceiling Fans". But there is no text over or under the image to let me know that this is a link to Casablance Ceiling Fans, just the alt text. And when I click on it (there is an audible click so there's a link in there somewhere) nothing happens.

Using the drop down menus at the top is a bit disconcerting, because I was left unsure whether the underlying images (which seem to have links) would interfere with the menu selection.

Overall, this is a really nice site, and I particularly liked the ease of navigation via the table at the bottom of the first page. Was able to go directly to the items that interested me, which is impressive within such a large inventory.

Just from this one point of view, a suggestion would be to either make the links live in the top images, or remove the alt text and link all together, to just lose the ambiguity.

The problems I encountered do not detract from an overall good experience. I would visit this site again, and found it to be very professional and inviting.

Should you have the opportunity, I would appreciate your taking a look at my request for review, as well.
