well, it certainly is what it is...a small site.

All in all, not too bad. Seems to work pretty well.

However, I do find the the layout to be a touch on the 'bland' side...and as they say 'the medium is the message'.

Spice it up a bit...it's for a chef!

There doesn't seem much wrong with that. Good font size, comfortable on the eyes, nice contrasting colours.

I like it.

Only one point I would mention. On the 'Articles' page. It's a very long way to scroll down, especially if you're looking for something. May I suggest having multiple pages or perhaps having links at the top to each individual article/section. And also a 'Return top of page' link at the end of each article?

Other than that, it's a good site.
