You're not showing any PR at all on ironworksvenue.com and on Widexl Link Popularity Checker it's showing that your efforts are being split between www.ironworksvenue.com and ironworksvenue.com and you need to fix that.

Currently you're showing total of 5709 for the www version, and 184 for sans-www, so it'll help if you make that right.

If you're on a Linux flavor of server you can pop this into a notepad file, save it as .htaccess and upload it into the toplevel of your site:
Code:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^ironworksvenue.com
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.ironworksvenue.com/$1 [r=301,L]
The site looks decent enough but there are a fair number of coding issues that need to be dealt with. Run it through the validator or html tidy.

Default Liked the site, but loose the blue links...

I like the site, but loose the blue links. Change them to a color that goes with your site, pehaps the rust color, but darker.

As far as construction, my text browser read through it perfect, which search engines will as well.

Love Inverness! Visited a couple of years ago.

I do not like the set up of the site very much.

I have no idea what the purpose of the site is. I tried going to the forum but have to register before I can see anything.

You have 3 seconds to make me want to stick around and the site does not do that.

The text is hard to read. Two links in your menu tell me I have to register to see anything.

It looks like you are trying to sell tickets but do not have any contact information or even an about us page in the site.

The design looks like it is all over the place with the header on the right the menu on the left and the center text twice as long as the left menu.

The only way to figure out you are trying to sell tickets is to spend a couple minutes on the site trying to figure out the purpose of the site.

i like the overall design of the site but the actual content layout needs some work - spacing is messy, pictures aren't properly re-sized and optimised, nothing stands out to me.
take a look at this site:
http://www.thelandmarc.com/whats_on.php
their site is in no-way perfect but the 'what's on' section is clearly laid out, professional looking and easy to scan through to see if there's anything of interest - your content is very jumbled.

Also perhaps an intro blurb on your home page - i ahd to fish around the site to find out where your venue was - perhaps something like "Inverness's leading live music venue" with a short piece about what and where the ironworks is and why its great.

i agree about losing the blue links.

graphic design is great here but content layout and nav needs a lot of work.
