I am not a fan of white text on a black background as I think it is much more difficult to read than black on white.

I think the font you chose in the top banner creates the wrong impression. It looks "child-like" to me. Your tutorials are focused on people who are working with relatively expensive software and your imagery should reflect that professionalism.

I think the tutorials should be larger (pixel dimensions). Viewers who can afford Photoshop have at least 19-inch wide-screen monitors.

Poll doesn't work. I would make it so that clicking on the logo at the top returns to the home page.

I am trying to do something similar, although I do like the look of your site.

A larger font might be nice for some of this.

Sound might be nice, or if there is sound in the videos, I didn't hear it. Would be nice if there was some image on the player instead of a black screen with click to play text.

Maybe other than the site map, some sort of organization of the videos by topic that would be easy to navigate, similar to your sitemap. Maybe sitemap is not the right title for the link.

I am curious, what are you using for your emphasis on the cursor, and what are you using as a player?

I'll check into those suggestions and will implement some. I was actually going to change the banner font, although I think I'll stick with the theme of black on white for now.
