It looks good. There are several places that the English is awkward and probably be rewritten, but the look is good. Maybe get someone to proofread the whole site. Other than that it worked really well for me.

What do I like?
Layout, colors, logos, easy navigation.

What do I not like?

Content.

The entire site reads as if someone just translated Japanese to English. The English version of the site needs to be "localized".

I would first buy a book such as: "A Practical Guide to Localization (Language International World Directory)".

Then, you need a USA person with expertise in marketing to help with the wording. Ideally, you would find a marketing person with an engineering background.

Ok, enough with the generalities. What is specifically wrong with the homepage? Well, let's look at the first sentence: 1. Nowhere does it say how YOU can help ME solve my problems. I really don't care when the company was founded. (By the way, the About US page says the company's capital is only $100K USD. I would be very nervous dealing with such a tiny company.)
2. Scroll technology. What is it? How can it help me?
3. Advancements. Of course you have.
4. You need a strong benefit statement.
