Well...
Okay, I'll be as concise and as polite as I can. Too much going on within the page. And more importantly, too much going on, without saying a thing.
The photo, just kill it. Find something relevant to the activities being offered.
The text...umm...I can't say much here, just provide more relevant and informative text.
Lastly, don't try and be so much to so many people, focus on what you are good at.

Mike,
No description nor keyword meta tags.
The brown page background is ugly.
Your headline of "We are here to help you make your...
internet experience, a total solution." makes no sense to me.
Trying to do too many things.
I mean, why would I even think of you for help in buying a new PC when I can just go to Best Buy?
And, Open Office? The average visitor has no clue wht Open Office is.

I mentioned that the site was incomplete. No meta tags, detailed text, etc. I was looking for comments on the general design. I thought the colors might be a bit too much.
"Open Office? The average visitor has no clue wht Open Office is."
I knew this, and Linux on my desktop too... I remember going though hoops trying to get people to get websites back in 1995. Nobody heard of the internet either. The point is "Open Office" is good, looks like MS Word, acts like MS Word, and is FREE. As with Linux on the DESKTOP! Works better then MS Windows, and is FREE. Except for my services of course ;)
I am guessing that most people will need a new PC just to run MS Vista. Or at least a some kind of hardware upgrading.
Sorry, this is suppose to be for just the design.
Is there a forum about DESKTOP linux systems?

Design only...
Mike I tried to keep most of my comments based on design. You have a ton of wasted space with the current layout.
It took me, an internet professional a minute or two to even come close to figuring out what you do. Well, that's a small problem.
You also have poorly written sentences that don't convey much at all to the visitor within the page.
From a design standpoint only. I recommend three main things. First, great rid of the photo, it doesn't have anything to do with your company except where you are. Second, Focus in your actual services. You have 1800 things going on your page.
Regarding OpenOffice, it's an average program at best, certainly no where near the features of MS Office or even Corel WP. My wife attempted to run it on an Apple and it was slow and convaluted to say the least.
Finally, if you think you are going to win the world over to using Linux and OpenOffice where they can get really no solid support for either, you must be kidding yourself.
I tried to help and if you don't like my first post, I'm sure you won't like this one.
