Pimp my site complete???
Tell us what you think! We have been working on our site re-design for that past several months and would like to know what you think of it. Rip it apart, I have a good therapist. If you see anything good point that out as well, just in case someone has really hurt my feelings. LOL www.continentalwindowfashions.com

Dave's photo needs to made lighter, brighter. It looks like an amateur took it.

One thing I would look at is those little icons above the menu.. They are unreadable on my screen.. Look in to adding both alt and title tags to the images so that when I mouse over them I can see a name and / or description of what they are supposed to be and link to..

Got the alt tags there already! Not sure what you mean by "title tags."

alt tags don't do anything in Firefox.. FF uses the title tag which is more appropriate anyway..
It would like this -
{img src="whatever" alt="description of image" title="title of image"}
It's a cross browser thing..

You know I never knew that. Just thought it was a FF issue. If the image is broken in FF the tag shows up at that point. Thanks for the help on that one.

Wow only 2 people willing to comment so far. Come on folks there must be something you can say. Design, color, css, navigation...let me get at least a few more bits of feedback.

My first impression is the site is too cluttered and a bit overwhelming. It reminds me of those annoying furniture ads in the Sunday news.
You have a very nice logo but it's not very prominent on the home page. Your St Pat's ad in the header overpowers/overwhelms and the logo is lost.
With all the content and product you have, a fluid design would work better than your fixed-width layout. The current layout feels very confined and cramped.

Maybe its my personal preferance but I would make your page at least 800 pixels wide if not wider. that way your logos could be larger and your font size larger.
Very few people use 800 resolution these days, I have a 22 inch monitor and I am at 1280 X 1024 so your site leaves a lot of real estate available.
Most people now have a 17 inch monitor or larger so I have given up on designing for 15 inch screens, even laptop users seem to use 1024 X 768 resolution.
And to really go out on a tangent lots of times I hook my couputer up to my 46 inch lcd and surf the net and your tiny logos would really degrade.
With broadband I think we all should design with higer resolutions. Load time and bandwidth is not really a factor any more. I say design in HD :)
