I don't like the ragged edges on the images.

Your site appears to be targeted at business people, yet it looks like (the ragged edges) it is targeted to consumers.

I would try a version without ragged edges and ask some business people in Singapore what they think.

I think the site looks dated. It looks a lot like sites I saw 5 years ago, ripple effects and all. I think it could use a more updated look and feel.

as Jerry Seinfeld would say looks like a template site "Not that there is anything wrong with that"

But if you use a template site spruce it up a bit.
