Default Four things...

Well, the design is not bad from a visual standpoint. It's decent. Issue is that you have four main problems within your web site.

1. Invalid Code - 11 errors on your home page alone.
2. Innaccessible - Changing font size is not possible in certain browsers.
3. Good Ads On the Site - I have no idea why companies do this, they are pros, but need ad revenue to support their business?
4. You seem to have no true direction. You do web design, e-cards, graphic design, presentations and on and on and on...show me what you are really good at and I don't see a ton of examples within the site either.

I agree here this seems to be the biggest issue.

The text is all over the place, some in boxes some not, plus it seems really small to read. I'm seeing an empty gray bar in your header (in Firefox MAC). The colors in your header barely match. And why do you need 2 contact forms - 1 form could easily do both.
