Help me please! review new site design

Hello friends. I have had my site redesigned and am concerned that the new design will allow me to make changes using dreamweaver and that the new design is functional and will not adversely affect my google rank Any comments very much appreciated. Really a nice piece of work!
But..Its way to slow loading over here. Do you really need ALL this stuff on
the landing page? And your images seems to be a bit heavy (kb)as well.

I like the new site .. especially the top half .. I do feel the home page is too long .. and you should contain some of that info on other pages .. but the overall look is real nice ..
