Most of these sections are not helping you in any way. They are not helping your Search Engine listings to be were they should be for a site with an Alexa Rank of 300,527.

Also your AdWords campaign doesn't seem to be doing you any good either. Your ad is buried pretty deep. Most people don't look at that many results.

I think the homepage is not very attractive. Quite plain.

I don't understand having Google AdSense ads. Are you selling sporting goods or advertising? Why would would you send visitors AWAY from your site?

Your homepage looks like what somebody should get if they clicked on "view all categories" I would recommend putting pictures and descriptions of a few featured items, or even an amazon like recommender system in place to spruce it up a bit.

Oh, no. These Recommend Products are our own hot items on ATAFA, rather than Adsense. This is a B2C site. Or shall I change it to "hot products"?

As to the "Browse Hot Categories” , this is specially designed for SEO, however this may make the homepage look not very nice. How do you think? Shall we change its style and put customers' vision at the first place?
