Default Requesting feedback please :)

Hi :)
My site has been up for a while now. After while I think I lost prospective. I hope to get some fresh feedback from others. I think I should be getting more sales than I am from the traffic I am getting. Any insights, thoughts or tips greatly appreciated.
Thank you kindly for taking your time :)

I couldn't get the site to load. Waited two minutes and it still wasn't finished. Either you're using a very slow server or the site is huge.

When I first got to the site the header made me think that the site was about flowers but I see the products on the page are not flowers.

You have 3 seconds to let the site visitor know what your site is about. The header needs to show your visitor what it is that you are selling.

You also need your contact information in the header and most of all your phone number.

I would put my best product at the top of the page and remove about half of the other products that are on that page now.

I would put the credit card information at the bottom of the page and remove all the banners that are currently there.

I would place a bookmark this page in a small icon and not make the visitor have to hit ctrl+D

I'm not sure why the baby is in the header.

Default Revamped Site

I have read the comments and worked on the site. I really don't have much experience doing this and the changes I made are pretty much by trial and error. Mostly errors! LOL
If anyone has time to take a look I sincerely thank you.

In order to convince a website visitor to purchase from your website, you need to first instill trust as a vendor and impart a professional feel as a business. Your website does not do this for me - it looks too "pieced together" with too many different graphical styles to make me feel comfortable enough to hand over my credit card.

The header graphic is very jumbled and the text overlay is hard to read. For what you're selling, it's not "pretty". The color scheme overall is dull and those banner ads give the site a 1990's feel.

When clicking on your featured items on the home page, why do the links open your website in a new window?

Each different section of your website has a completely different text style (some category intro text is centered, some is aligned left, some is italicized...). Style this the same from page to page.

The site looks better but has a long ways to go.

Get rid of the rose altogether.

Remove all the banner ads from the bottom of the page

Take the phone number out of the box

Use a different font for your company name

Add a tag line and a logo

The photos in the header look bad, maybe you need different photos

Move the credit card information off the page, it is an online store and is a given that you take credit cards.

The overall layout needs to be tidied up and the needs room to breath. The fonts are all over the place and make it hard to absorb everything on the page.

What is the name of the store? 2daysmarketplace or Feed your Diva? You also need to focus on branding and make people feel comfortable to do business with you.

Default Taking feedback to heart

I am taking this feedback to heart and working on making changes. I at least figured out how to make the fonts on the site all the same. :)
