1. You have spelling/grammar errors on the homepage.

2. Why do you have links sending people AWAY from your website?

It's not done with any CMS as it's a custom real estate webdesign and script.

If I had spent a lot of money on a domain name, then I would spend a little more and get a phone number for the site. (:

The site looks good but I would get rid of the banner in the header. It makes the site look cheap.
