There's rather a lot of scrolling text which I didn't like. Too much distracting movement and hard to read.

The menus are in a Flash file. This is not a good idea because:

Many users disable Flash.
If Flash is enabled, then in the latest Internet Explorer browser (V. 7) you have to first click on a Flash control to activate it and then click again to navigate.

The overall design is not bad but I spot several (no, no's) with the site.

1) Splash Page. shouldn't have it, don't need it.

index.php
2) Too many pictures, too long to load. I'm on DSL and it took up to 25 seconds to load completely.
3) Menu in Flash. SE's do not follow flash menu's. The exact same menu, even nicer can be made using css.
4) Hot Spots on the site, SE's do not follow Hot Spots. Use picture links instead.
5) Title is present but no description(not sure if you haven't finished it or not.) Description is important for SE's.

Good Luck

I would get rid of the splash page and all the scrolling text, I would also give a little more information in the header, it does not tell very much about your site.

You need to ditch a good chunk of the images, very slow loading on high-speed.

The menu does not benefit from being flash-based either.

You've also got quite a few validation errors that could use some work.
