Clean, simple design. Easy to understand as soon as you open the site. What's not to like?

My only caveat would be to move the site creator box up the page into the opening screen. Right now, it's half hidden. It might also be a good idea to put an icon to point visitors to a new page for the comparison. Keep your opening page short. Visitors are going there to create websites. Make it easy for them to do that immediately.

Apart from that. Great site.

Design's a bit boring.

I think you need to post some links to working sites that have been built using the system so that potential clients can have some idea of what's possible (and what's not), etc.

You have no contact information on the site, not even a phone number. I wouldn't buy anything from a site without being able to contact someone directly about it.

A complete website from a big agency web design firm could cost as much as $10,000. No need to pay these prices
this isn't so much about the site itself...but, can you actually back up that claim?

are you suggesting that one of your templates is going to be worth a $10,000 custom site? i just find that a bit hard to believe.
