Ahhh a new forum. Go for it, they either sink or swim and you'll find out soon enough. I like the scheme you have chosen and it does indeed have the money feel.

You have an immediate point when viewed. It IS about money. That strikes me.
The topics of each forum are eye grabbers and instill the feeling of 'getting down to business'
The green is slightly drab, perhaps a more exciting shade would be more inspiring.
You need to make a meta tag with keywords, and asnother with keyphrses,

also, which search engines are you interested in? Perhaps something to do with 'online investment', or 'investment help'.
You need to portray a presence as an expert in investment, which you are well on your way to doing.
Mostly, I think you need to enhance your credibility. SEO is paramount, but also critical is a professional logo. E-mail campaigning with a simple, but identifiable symbol (logo) will be a boon.
Perhaps you can arrange a promotion, or make recommendations, that tie you in to a healthy product, like 'WEB CEO'

You defintely have a great site with your opening page, and forum topics, that immediately grab attention - and greatly important - yell what you are about. Your site comes across as an expert site, so get a logo, and offer a service, like a forum discussing SEO programs.
Get google rankings, and you are happening!! You are doing good already, no doubts.

Thanks guys --- I'm just getting it started... I really appreciate the positive feedback... It's going to be fun to see how it works out.... It's funny you'd think that meta tags would be one of the first things I did, but I didn't even find my self concerned with it yet... That's next to be done though...
