Hi Coach...

No matter how many times you re-design your site, it will never be enough. Go with a design and test it out. Weigh your success by quantifying sales figures previous/current versions. Do a little bit of SEO as well...hire a SEO expert if you can afford it.

I noticed one thing in your home page source code: I counted "Soccer Coaching" 13 times. I did not run a keyword analyzer, but the ratio at first glance seems a bit too high.

Good luck!

Good ecommerce websites look like http://www.circuitcity.com - http://www.amazon.com - http://www.ebay.com , and so on. Go the mainstream look all the way.

In general it looks ok. I would imagine most of your sales will be via word of mouth, and not necessarily search engines. People that use the internet would rather purchase products from a mainstream corporate entity, and this is what you have to compete with. Try and utilize the mainstream look to attempt snatching some additional buyers in addition to word of mouth.

Hi soccercoach

From a single brief look, I'd bear the following in mind:

* Allow people to buy far sooner in the store... why not have some purchase buttons on the homepage?
* Make the headings (on the green background) clickable... you want to drag people in to your product pages, so it needs to be as easy as possible to get to them.
* Consider moving your products so each individual product has a single page... this helps with SEO, and allows people to easily link to one of your products.

Good luck with your business.

Simon
