My site http://www.travel-culture.com has a lot of content but I am not satisfied with the design and usablity of the site secondly google page rank is not growing it used to be 5 but now its 4 since 2 years.

Many very poor sites have better rank than mine I wonder why.

Lots of info, maybe even too much. Check for spelling errors. Also put your phone number on the top of the page.

Your color scheme is fine.

Your left panel needs work, its too empty and boring.

Use padding on the text next to your images on the front page, shouldn't be stuck to it.

Don't use default table border for your nav, spice it up abit.

Thank you for your input I understand there are lot of spelling errors I have a habit of not reading what I write I will try to improve it.

Does spellings put a minus effect on the site's PR?

About the left panel it was not there at all than I felt it should be so I tried to put it i am wondering what should I put I will try to put some links and news there.

Put the description of the pictures centered underneath the image itself. Also try and shorten the center column, move content to subpages.
