New Flash Photographers Website for Review

tcbad,

1. No music. Annoying. Especially in a business environment. And, don't tell me it can be turned off. Just don't have it.

2. Why did you use Flash for your contact page? What if I want to copy your info into my contacts database? can do it. Can't get text from the Flash.

3. Try viewing your website with Firefox and the Adblock extension. You won't like the USELESS results.

4. Your photos look great, but are difficult to view because Flash gets in the way. Why did you use Flash for everything?

Thanks for looking at the site and providing feedback.
1. Music is a personal preference, some people love it, some people hate it. It is another sense that can be reached. It may be wise to remove it, thanks for your opinion. I did warn you :)
2. Contact page, good point, I can have flash text selectable. The whole site is flash so users don't jump from page to page. Again, just a choice I made. I like the navigation style better and not having to jump from page to page.
3. I tested firefox and everything works great. I will do research on Adblock which I am unfamiliar with, can you explain what happens to the site. Does "useless" mean the photos don't show up? They are dynamic jpgs.
4. Flash is a personal preference, and it allows me to update the images very easily, as oppposed to building a database or developing html pages for each image.

Dave - can you tell me if the flash just disappears with Adblock? Can you check your adblock preferences and disable "obj-tags" and tell me if there is a difference? It seems there is a bug with Adblock and flash content. Thanks.
