2.Why is "site Map" so large?

3. Very glad to see "real" contact info such as phone, etc. THANK YOU.

4. Blue sky color is soothing. Good.

5. Get rid of the shadows on your main menu images. They don't work very well as the distance to the shadow is too large.

well done for your site. Find my comments below, I hope they will help (don't take any personally, I just type what come to mind)

- why the reference to the skys?
- the two pictures in the header are not clear enough from a visitor's point of view
- as it's been mentionned, the shadow behind the navigation makes it hard to read. If you added it because the blue was hard to read on white, try darkening the text or try a shadow with distance:4, blur:2, angle:315 and opacity 45% or less.
- review the alt attributes for your product pivtures, at the moment they all say the same thing and this is way to much. They should say something like: AirFit Backrest - cushion for lombard support ; AirFit Cover - cover for your AirFit Backrest ; Airfit Complete Set - the complete back support product ; AirFit Complete Set mounted on an office chair
- try having your link hover state when you mouse over the pictures (main three product pics), at the moment I don't know that both links go to the same page
- your file names have too many hyphens (not good to have too many from an SEO point of view)
- your code has too many white space (your homepage has over 1100 lines. When removing the white spaces it comes down to less than 300)
- your bullet pointed list next to the chair, instead of using the word info as link use the sentence.
- your drop down navigation is not search engine friendly, try googling for '[google]suckerfish dropdown[/google]'
