awesome site...

informative,
simplistic layout...
easy to navigate...
very nice graphics...
America Beach kinda racy... naughty naughty...
light advertising... nice white space...
quick load times for me... i have HSC though
26 second download time for 56k users
5 second for 256k

Google has no index of your page...

there are no backlinks according to google...

why does the navigation change when you go to a secondary level page?

I liked the site very much... it'll go in my favs for vacation research...

well I'm sure some more valuable comments will come very soon...

but after checking you pages for errors I would submit it of course...

other than that and getting a lot of link partners... I couldn't come up with any suggestions

I love the design on the home page, but when I dig deeper I don't like the change of navigation. People could become confused by this. I also think that the images on the beach pages need more margin around them. Maybe you could add a link so that people could wite about their local beaches?
Otherwise, it is a great site!

I like the lates design best, maybe you could add a hover effect to the nav bar and also make the navigation the same throughout the site. BTW, how did you hire a designer so quickly?

I would also love it if you could review www.briterwebdesign.com.

Inner page nav button says: Ocenia
The correct spelling is: Oceania

Rajeev, you don't need to continue resubmitting your site for review. it's here now. we took the URL out of the title because it streches the various widgets out we have running out...

rajeev I love both your home page designs they are both so clean and well thought out and instantly convey the beautiful beach idea - whichever design you go with (personally i prefer the original home page) keep this design throughout the site - consistency gives your site an overall identity, wherever a user enters it from they will recognice the website. Plus the internal page design is nowehre near as attractive as both your home page designs.

Some other points: get someone to check your english -
for example this snippet here needs some work
Beaches has been one of the most popular attraction for tourism and recreation. The most popular are seaside resorts and large white sand beaches.Tourists alike use beaches as a place for leisure and sport activity on the beach.

Also If i click through to 'europe' you have a drop down box saying 'cities' - but these are all countries.

its the attention to detail which can make the difference wuth a site appearing professional or not (IMO). Great designs though and love the 'beaches tour' idea.

I like the new one better. In the first one, the margin on the top is a waste. Space on the top is pretty precious because you don't want people to scroll and it appears in most pages. At least, that is my feeling.

I also do not like the 2nd level pages. The design of the home page is not consistent to all other pages. The change of navigation is bad - it is too drastic. Why not just carries the home page design down to all levels.

Hey Chris... long time no see... have you been at the conference? anyway...

as I said in my first reply, I think you should keep navigation the same... on all levels...

both home pages are vry nice, I do like the old one and agree it should have mouse over effects on the nav bar...

maybe you could have an Brit or American go over your english on the site to clean it up... although those Brits don't speak real American... lol just kidding... it can be very difficult to get all the neaunces of another countries language...

rememberto start working on those back links as soon as possible...

I like the second design better, as it seems more unique with the header graphics. The original looked like a cyber squatter page to me.

Good work, though. It's very clean.

well there are a lot of ways you can build backlinks....

you could build an affiliate program, where people download banners you make and you track the hits they send you, that generate sales…
but I didn’t see a product on your site.. so I wouldn’t advise this…

you could use a PPC or Pay Per Click… but again with no product you could easily loose more money than you make…
Google advises using a percentage of your Google AdSense money, like 25% to fund a PPC Campaign, and when it makes you money…
the process will grow and you’ll get better and better at choosing market and words…

this week I've just purchased Link-Assistant after a lot of research… it's a handy program that allows you to search the internet via Google, yahoo and msn... it searches for similar websites and then get's an e-mail address for you, and let's you review the sites for ones that you want to add to your "resources or links page" according to what you see on their sites and what their page rank and page popularity ranks are....

you have to be careful using these software’s... number one you have to add links slowly to your website... Google likes natural link building…
look at this article from Link Assistant seo-lesson-5-staying-se-friendly

you can't be spamming the Google servers looking for partners all day... you have to get an API license from them http://code.google.com/apis.html and then make sure you follow the rules on how many searches and how large of a search…you make using the software…
you need to search for under 100 partners and then just chose 5 to e-mail every day, only quality sites... and personalize those e-mails they set up for you...

they make it really easy to find partners, but don't abuse it or you'll be sorry... if you search too often too hard Google or Serps will block your IP...

if you add too many partners too quick you may be penalized or even sandboxed while Google figures out what you're up too...

on another note... some programs like IBP and LMA (linksoftwares) leave very obvious tale tell signs that you are using link software... so Google may penalize to use those... but with Link Assistant, it generates a static page of links for you to add to your directory, and you can customize the pages however you like... and once the page is generated Link Assistant takes all of it's proprietary code out so Google won't raise any flags....

the number #1 Rule of Website Ownership! Promote... Promote... Promote...

everyday I don't get much traffic but of what I do get 25% is Serps and 75% is from my link partners... they are my life blood... and not just because they link to me... but because the ones that send me traffic are ones that are directly related to my website...

make sure that you search for link partners everyday and if you get 1 of 5 then you'll have 365 by the end of the year... (next year...) if two a day accept 730... and if you did what you were supposed to and got good quality related links on a slow basis... BOOM you'll be smokin....
