Very nice.
Clean and easy to navigate. Alignment problem on homepage when viewing with Firefox 2 on Mac OS X. About Us should contain "real" contact info. Postal address and phone number do a lot to increase buyers' confidence levels. The fact that your software does run on the dominant webserver (Apache) seems silly to me. ,dave

Interesting application. Lighten up on the copy. Something like a clickable bulleted list that draws people into each of the product features will keep visitors interested in looking at the things that interest them. Make it work like a directory tree that leads to a purchase decision in any of the features a visitor is in without having to come back home to proceed. Some customers will be sold after just viewing one or two features of particular interest and won't want to jump through a bunch of hoops to purchase.
Simplify your intro this way and loose all the questions and maybe's. The price is right, don't make them work for it. The Island in a Sea of web site methaphor works if you answer that suggestion with something like, Make Yours Paradise Island. It makes a better hook!

Hope it helps, and to be fair, I want to spend more time on your site examining product features and functionality. My remarks are definately 'first impressions'. However, we all do well to remember that often, that is all we get if we don't have the hooks in place. Remember, 'the fish wouldn't get caught if he didn't open his mouth'. It's our job to put out a tempting lure!
