Hello everyone, I'm asking you help me out on this one, My associate and I will be devoting all our energies into this one. A friend of mine and I came up with the idea and concept of this site and I am starting to roll it out.

Can you please review the design and what you think of the general idea. Please do not review as far as validation as that hasn't been touched yet. Please only tell me what you think of the idea and the simple (what we were aiming for) design.

The idea is fine. One suggestion I would have is to not ask for a donation first thing. Put that as the last step possibly. How can you ask for a donation before there is any real content on the site? Once the site grows and gets quality articles - then maybe it makes more sense.

Just my opinion.

All in all I think the site is a good idea in concept. However, I think that it will be a tough site to monetize at all. Since you're asking for donations I'd urge you to follow the tip above and ask for donations once you really have a site that's worthy of a donation -- namely more pages of good information.

As far as design goes-- It's a bit too basic. I'd urge you to spruce it up with more content, pictures and make it more colorful. Right now it looks like a first timers attempt to capture a following that you really aren't that familar with. Do more work on it and come back for more critiques. Good luck with it!

I too totally agree with rknuppel's opinion for avoiding donation part. Also your website is very simple and look likes someone watching any blog-site. Add more stuffs with pics and make it feel like watching website and not any blog-site. However your idea is good.

The idea is good, but I also agree with rknuppel & ilyaskazi's opinion for avoiding donation part and look very simple. Give attention on deign.
