Default Updating old web sites

I've got two of them which weigh heavy on my mind. Since I used FrontPage to build them and am having problems with it while building a new site, I dread facing the old demons.

I forgot to include:

losgringoslocos.net & lafortunacostarica.com

The latter was supposed to have been a business promotional project that has yet to get off the ground. We're lazz.

Default Needs compacting

I reckon this site needs compacting, as the first thing that struck me as I looked at it was that everything was very loose and 'floating' around the place.
The first thing that I would do would be to add some borders, compact everything up and maybe add a different background colour for the sidebars.
Hope that helps!
