Some pages load slowly, probably due to the photographs. Also, some of the pages are untitled. The logo should be clickable. The text clearly is written for a British audience.

Clicking enter in a blank "Search for Communities" box causes problems.

The purpose of the site is to somehow make money by convincing e-commerce sites to use the software. However, the images (logo included), design, and even the sample chat text in the "How it works" page creates the impression that it's competing with AOL Instant Messenger, for example. Which would not be a bad thing, as such programs don't do much to protect user privacy. The design of the application itself looks fine and easy to use, though it might do better with more features and listing the IP address at the bottom of it contradicts your "anonymous" claim.

Couldn't really figure out what the service was from the main page, so I left.

I went back to give it a second try and couldn't CREATE . The main page needs to say more, about the service. And in firefox the css is broken. at the bottom, the lines go over the text.
