Hey there,
Can you please review my site? I have launched this about 3 weeks ago, have an Adword campaign running, as well as Overture... but not one sale.

Er...... have you tried clicking any of the links in your site? How could you expect any sales if none of the links work? Clicking any of the links on the home page seems to just reload the page.

Contact your web-designers and ask them to look into this immediately.

Thanks for looking at it. Actually I did realize this last night, this happened after I was on the Site Report Card page. Apparently their suggestions for my site weren't all that good.
I have emailed my web designer, I wish I could fix it myself... I will post when fixed.

1. Contact Us and About Us need to have "real" information. You should have a postal/physical address and a phone number. I don't trust people who hide behind the internet.

2. All prices in USD and you only ship to Canadian provinces? I am confused.

Default easy this...

Kirsty, the general design is just ok but the text is too difficult to read... I don't know what font set you are using but it's very uninspiring, faint, and drab... change it.

Also, your actual copy lets you down a lot, I feel. Try and write more punchy stuff that gets right to the point and avoid embellishing too much..

You're generally making it too difficult for people to read and immediately imbibe your message... there's a famous book called "Don't Make Me Think" out there, it covers general usability issues and I'd recommend it.

Going off on a tangent somewhat, when I first viewed your site I thought it was about cooking...

I said the design was ok but I would try and make it more obvious that the site as a whole was about beauty stuff... pictures of pouting babes might be a bit cliche but it would help define the context better.

Also, I think your colours are all wrong... greens and blues and white and crisp cleanliness is what you should have... these colours are associated with health and chemists etc... the colours you use are red-based mostly and black... to my mind these are more associated with unhealthiness and decay and blood...

Your home page communicates very little...the old-fashioned picture you use in particular is very unattractive and communicates nothing positive (nothing at all really but is actually quite depressing)...

I don't like the headings on your navigation either... I think the blurriness with faded text looks untidy and obfuscates the point...

Sorry if this review depresses you, but, you did ask for it.
