When the first thing I notice is: "Firefox prevented a popup window from opening", it is all downhill from there.

It's a nice idea.

You probably will want to either moderate new members or have very active moderators, to avoid spam and also anti-immigration troublemakers.

As the Arcade option is disabled, it shouldn't be shown to normal users.

Also, why do you need a Google site search option when the forum software's option is there?

you might want to keep your categories short as your forum is still growing, once it has grown and received proper traffic, you can expand your groups more, you want to make it look like your forum is busy - so by grouping some topics it will look like so

Some topics do not work, and there are WAYYYY to many areas for a new forum.
