Okay a good first try but it needs some work.
Alot of what I am going to say is under the assumption that you want to do business and you want to be searched.

So in that vain here are some suggestions

1. Invest in either learning to code with html or a program like Frontpage. the site builder program you used did you no favors. If you can get into your html code then you can make some adjustments

2 Your title tag right now is "home" change it to "Puerto Vallarta Fishing" Change your Description and keyword tags as well

3. As nice as that background picture is, take it off, it makes your site hard to see and you have enough fish pictures to grab my attention

4 I like the top navigation buttons but the site ones are "chunky" and not really attractive, narrow them or change them.

5. Finally don't give up, you accoplished the hard part, now it's just a matter of refining. Read everything you can on this sight about search engine optimization and you will soon begin to grasp what needs to be done to improve your site for business

Further to the comments and recommendations above, I would like to stress on the importance to clean the background in order to make the text easy to be read and to remove one of the navigation menus. Use either top menu, either left column menu, but not both.

In additiona, it would be very useful for you if you run a search in Google and look at sites on similar theme like your own. It will give you some ideas how the layout can be arranged. For your convenience I include several links here that I found running simple search on "fissing":
