Default Followed all your suggestions, can you please review again?

The last time I submitted my site for review it got hammered... and rightly so. But I've listened the the suggestions and am redoing the website, can you please review the new site again. All and any comments are greatly welcomed!

PLEASE VOTE ON THE POLL, and if you vote for number 2 that you would not purchase from a site like this, can you please tell me what you would change to make it a site that you would purchase from? Thanks!

NEW SITE: Computer Repair Toronto

OLD SITE: Computer Repair Toronto

Don't worry about the space between the images, they have to be redone. It's being optimized for SE's as well. Thanks in advance!

Both links go to the same version. I went to the main url to see what was there.

Neither of these is noteworthy. The b4 link has a slightly more modern look. Both are rather less than brochureware, more like a business card. It seems you have nothing much to say about the business, there's no "elevator pitch" or "unique selling proposition."

Check out:
Chicago Computer Repair
Computer Repair Guys
GeekSquad

The difference? These sites have content. They've got something to say about the service they offer, including a reason to do business with them and not a competitor.

Thank you for your comments Dcrux, but I would like a review of the design, Im glad you mentioned that it has a more modern look because thats what we were going for.

Newsite http://www.computerbooboo.com/b4
Oldsite http://www.computerbooboo.com/

Obviously there is not content because its being redone so there is no need to evaluate the fact that there is not content yet.

The two sites you mentioned http://www.chicagocomputerrepair.com/ and http://www.geeksquad.com/ are definitely not the design we're going for, the color schemes are terrible and uninviting.

As far as content goes, we have not added any yet so please only review the design and layout as those are the only thing there at this point. Thanks again.

Default like the new one

ok.. Well I definitely like the new one. I wasn't there for the first one, but I can see why you got hammered. All the fun and excited of computer repair was a bit overwhelming.. LOL

Nice and clean. Easy to read and navigate.

I would suggest you to use contrast colors. For example, you can use a lighter gray with red.

Also you should have a logo for your company placed on your site. Logo provides trust to the visitor.

I liked your layout, its symmetric and neat. Just add some contrast colors, but no more than 4 different colors.

Thanks philena30 for the comments.

tekintatar I actually suggested and designed a very nice logo, but it kinda got shot down, I will post a link to it. Maybe you can tell me what you think. Its a blue droplet thats made to from a "c" and a "b" as in computer booboo.

So here is a pic of the logo I did, the color and shading can be changed of course, but people said that its associated with negativity (tear) so they didn't like it.

PS. Don't forget to vote... :)
