The design is OK. Not exciting, nor intriging, just not totally boring.

I could not see the Flash movie. I use Firefox 2 under Mac OS X with Adblock.

Not really of interest to me in the USA.

Violations is how it is spelled, not Voilations in your flash.
To be blatently honest, I feel unsafe at your site. I feel like you would take my CC# and try to max it out for all the downloadable software you could buy.

Your site seems too busy selling "G" ad space and it loses all credibility with me.
Maybe make the advertusing a bit less obtrusive.
