Default DC Coffee Products Review

Please review my site again. I have made several revisions since I last brought it to the panel. Since then the orders and hits have climbed but I know there is still more tweaking room. www.dccoffeeproducts.com Thanks again for all your direction.

Default DC Coffee

The first page was too long. You are talking about who you are on the first page as well as on the "About Us" page, and I would suggest combining all of that on the "About Us" page and just have the coffee brewers on the first page. It is an interesting site, people will come in to see what kind of coffee products that you have, and then they will stay to read your message.

Are your coffee products fair-trade? If so, you might want to add that on the first page, that would be a great newsletter topic too. Note: I am reviewing as a coffee lover first, then avid internet surfer, then webmaster, so take all I say with a grain of salt.

I love the bean basics page, add that to your nav. somewhere on the first page, or add a banner that links to that - coffee lovers LOVE to talk about/read about/look at == coffee beans. You could combine the bean basics and the tea info if you like. Great site, I'll probably order from you.

I am trying to tweak this to make it as appealing and functional as possible. I just loaded the brewers recently and now that I think about it I do have the about us page and do not need to repeat the info. My question then is the keywords used must be used in the text area or body. Is this a correct assumption?

Default website critique

Hi,

I didn't have time to look at all your pages, but I would like to make some suggestions about the home page. The left-margin border wasn't even along the inside edge, and your text was far too wide. It should have been centered on your web page. Did you develop this site with your display set at 800x600?

Your home page was fast loading, and the graphics were very appropriate.

The table that I saw was not centered either..things were bumped up against the left-side graphic.

I would move all the graphics, etc. that you have near the bottom all the way down to the very bottom of the page, as most visitors won't be interested in seeing them, and move your page links up higher.

It is a good color theme for coffee. I'll try and come back when I have more time to view your other pages.

I would play with the nav. bar some spread it out and make it easer to read and make me want to click on it.

I would move all but maybe one or two pictures to the other pages get all but at the most one or two banners off the home page.

I would get rid of the hit counter also.

I have moved some of the stuff around. Please take another look. I agree that it was repetitive in some areas and those have been moved. I am still learning and any direction or ideas - criticism is greatly appreciated. My goal is to make it as easy for folks to navigate and find the brewers and accessories they need. Thanks
