As this is to do with "my line of country" perhaps I can add a comment or two as follows:
1. You need to tell visitors from the beginning that your focus is on property (for sale or rent) in Turkey. Indeed, this needs to be in your site title and description (i.e. the meta tags) in order to increase the chance of searchers finding (and being directed to) your site.
2. The music irritates me! It does nothing for the site that I can see/hear. If you must incorporate it, at least make it Turkish (or, heaven forfend, is it that already?!!).
3. Your profile talks about you more than about what your visitors are looking for. Who cares whether you're trying to build a franchise? People are interested in what you can do to help them find the kind of property they're looking for. (And if in fact your objective is to build a franchise, the site design and content need a major rewrite.)
4. At a quick check, some of the links from the home page don't work -- or at least the
About Arkadasi one doesn't.
5. I don't altogether agree with
greeneagle's opinion that you're in a highly competitive field. Real estate itself is certainly chocablock full of websites, but I doubt if there are many that focus on Turkey, let alone your particular part of it. The chances are that you could be among Google's Top Ten if only because that's likely to be the total of them!
6. What you could very usefully do is track down the various (and they aren't great in number) real estate directories that feature International websites. For example, look at
http://www.internationalrealestatedirectory.com/ -- which, as far as I can tell, doesn't yet have you listed, even though it has a specific page for Arkadasi.
Despite my criticisms, though, let me add my welcome to WPW, not to mention my best wishes for success in taking on the challenges of the real estate business.
