Default Packages info too small, text too bland.

Hey, good looking core of a site. There are some things I'd try and address as they will affect your conversion.

On your home page, I would do what you can to make those packages stand out more and easier to see. You want to make people look at them, not at your header image. The focus is on closing hosting.

Also, I wouldn't be bashful about adding your reseller packages also to the home page. Or at least some info on that.

On your top links bar, there isn't a "seperator" between Reseller Plans and About Us. I'd try and fix that for a uniform look.

I also believe in making things look uniform across a site. Your support forum and your ordering process feels like I'm leaving your real domain and takes away from the professional feel your site gives when you first visit it.

Contact pages should be forms, where a client can put info in. With email links there, you'll see two things. One, you'll get spammed to death, Two, you'll see less contacts from those.

On your packages page, you've got an * next to "free setup" and no where that explains why it's there.

Good start, now bring the real content to the fore front and make it stand out.

I can say that the beauty of the top portion was cut off by the long and big white space at the bottom and everywhere.

I suggest you put some more compact contents about your webhosting plans on that white portion of the page.

I agree with the others to a degree. I wouldn't get too hung up about the banner as it is very relevant.

It would be good if the site looked the same on different browsers, tho'. The "H" logo is not transparent on IE6 but is in FF.

I am sorry to say this but the html needs some serious work eg you have a
in the head section and there are no fewer than 54 mark up errors on the home page alone.

For inspiration why not have a look at other hosting companies. Interestingly few of them use pics of servers (maybe too boring).

If you send me a pm, perhaps we can assist you in getting your build sorted

The site is ok. You can increase the text content of it so that google mark it as "good to be read".

Anyway if someone here is interested in ecommerce and virtual shops check this out and let me know your suggestions.
