2)How to get traffic to our site?
3)How to get good position in SERP's?

You have to tell more on your site. If it's not a subsite of another site then, I think, it's very difficult to get a lot of attention.

PR is only possible with a lot of inbound links. As far as I can see you don't have any. But don't worry you are in the air since may 2006.
At this moment you are having a rank with Alexa at alexa.com which is uprising fast.

Traffic Rank for bankxp.com: 52,653 (1,551,259)

A lot of people over here would have such a ranking without any inbound links.
