Please review site and upward movement $$

Please review my site which has a pr 5 and decent traffic 304,367. Last week I was on top page 2 for keywords stop foreclosure. I am now top of page 3 and not found on yahoo or msn. Assistance will be very helpful and could produce $ if move me to page 1.

Okay, I consider myself far from being an SEO expert so take this advice with a grain of salt...

If your site was my site, I would be concerned about the following things:

1) Repeating 'foreclosure' 3 times in the <title> tags. Twice okay but three times is pushing it. Repeating 'stop foreclosure' twice is also a little risky.

2) Your page heading 'Stop The Bank Foreclosure Fast' is not in <h1> tags.

3) The key phrase you're targetting doesn't actually appear in your content (not even in your heading). For example, in the heading, perhaps you should say 'Stop Foreclosure Fast' instead of 'Stop The Bank Foreclosure Fast' (to place 'stop' and 'foreclosure' right next to each other). Also pepper the content with several instances of 'stop foreclosure' (but try to do it so the copy still reads well).

Try all that and see if your SERPs improve.

Besides that is my family in the commercial. That may be your slant way negative, but believe it or not people out there care. Pass it forward. The reviews I am asking for are SEO.. You do not want my opionion of your picture nor would I post.

Dave, I'm not sure what world you live in, but shockingly, there are people in this world that care about others.

YouKeep: Regarding your site, it's a good site, but one thing I noticed is that you don't have a lot of IBL's and the site loads very slowly, or is down at times. This can be a negative to the search engines if they are unable to find you.

You may want to first look at getting a more reliable web host. From there, I would look at building deeper content, and getting your name out through other sites and linking in through other companies. That should help you improve your ranking and traffic.

Also, with the limited amount of content current on the site, there is no reason that your pages should be dynamically generated. These should be static pages that are fast and easy to load.

On the content side, I would focus on what services you provide in more detail, before asking people to push to a "confidential" form.

There are lots of little things that could help, but I think you have a visually appealing site, just needs some tuning.
