I've killed the last two threads like these by posting too many suggestions, so I'll try to keep it short ;)

- The copy is well-written and I'm provided with a lot of information in a very organized format. And that is always good.

- I like the logo design, but the image itself should be revisited. I think it would be much more effective with solid colors and even lines. As with any logo, you'll want to do this in Illustrator (or some other prog that handles vectors) so that if you do need to resize or skew, it won't lose quality or get jagged. The logo's natural resolution is 103x145 but you've got it squashed to 65x68 using html...and that's no good. Even though the difference in filesize is negligible, I'd expect a hosting company to know that it would eventually add up.

- The rest of the images are fine.

- Check your results on the W3C Validator. That's your index page, you will want to use the validator to check the other pages.

- Overall, my experience at your site was exactly what I'd expect from a professional hosting company. If I were a client of yours, I would certainly like that I can login and access my control panel directly from the home site with a single click.

Hope this is helpful.

From a marketing standpoint, it might not hurt to throw one of the testimonials onto the front page in the form of an attractive graphic, or something.

I'm not an SEO guy, but I can tell you that you are definitely going to be competing for very common keywords. For example, I assume that "Affordable Reliable Web Hosting Packages" is what you'd like to rank well in. Until you can get some good backlinks from a few reputable, highly ranked sites, it is going to be very difficult to crack the top ten:

Google returned 2,780,000 results for "Affordable Reliable Web Hosting Packages."
Yahoo returned 3,590,000 results for "Affordable Reliable Web Hosting Packages."
Ask returned 342,400 results for "Affordable Reliable Web Hosting Packages."
MSN returned 458,381 results for "Affordable Reliable Web Hosting Packages."

It's good solid SEO that's going to bring in the clicks. Once they get there, I think your site is professional and appealing enough that it'll be easy to turn the clicks into clients.

I'll add my two cents.

I like the design although the pictures of all the computers look like one of those pictures of a bunch of old jet airplanes wasting away in the desert.

Maybe it's the sky in the background or the different shapes of computers, I'm not sure what it is but the picture doesn't do anything for me. If it was my site I would play with the picture some more.

All the computers also give the impression that we use what we can find. (-:

The text in the logo says welcome and your company name.

Maybe a slogan would work better there.

The text on the home page is very little and the text under each package is very little.

The prices are in black written on dark blue makes it really hard to read.

Glad to see that you do have a phone number, if it was my site I would paste it in the header of every page.

Change up some minor things, nothing major yet, still awaiting a slogan, trying to find something a tad more catchier.
