I am in a hurry.

1. Loads slow in Norway.

2. Left edge outside my standard screen in IE 6.0.

3. Different objects has a fuzzy placement IMO.

4. Too many different fonts.

That was my 30 seconds.

1. Loads slow in Norway.
My be due to the images that we have on the homepage. Can you please try http://www.idealwebtools.com/blog/dns/ which contains less images.

Margin problem I will fix it now, thanks.

It is quite active, close to 100 visitor everyday for the new posts. So try to navigate them to other sections. Please let me know in detail that I can place it in a better format.

4. Too many different fonts.
Is it looking bad? I used small and various fonts to highlight various sections as per requirements.

First 30 secs analysis helps the most. Thanks for taking the time for my blog.

That page is better in my view, but it loads slow too. Compare it to http://www.w3schools.com/ that sets a standard. Indian programmers are clever, so you can do better. I know you can.

The left margin of this site is also a problem on my screen. To campare it with the left menu of W3 Schools, there is a millimeter more air on their site.

Regarding the fuzzy objects. Compare it to the best sites you know with graphics on it. Think
- Placement (balance)
- Colour
- Text versus / images.

What is the message? That should be discoverd, not buried in graphics or communicated via graphics, but whisper like a womans parafume.

I applied some cache like jpcache to make it faster but I am happy with those system. I am going to design a better cache system for my blog and if it goes good will donate it.

That is better, but the site / pages still loads slow, especially the home page http://www.idealwebtools.com/

One element left and it has loaded for more than a minute. You have to fix that.

Have you validated the site?

Use Webnauts menu

I have not validated the blog, I will do it sometime.

May be that the template is not good as it is having some tables which is hloding the whole content. Firefox is loading ok but IE is not working fine. I will shift to the default template and see how it works.

I do not work on the home page, I use the website for all experiments. I have a forum running at http://www.idealwebtools.com/nimc/forum/ - This is for my Business school and is almost the center point for all activities. Then I have my blog and thats all. I will do some more changes and will get back soon.

Thanks again for the inputs kgun, you are very helpful.

Regards,
Aji

May be important to you depending on where you want to market your services. Do you know the following:

Asian people, especially from India, Pakistan and Thailand use much more colours than Europeans. Look at the cloths.

So if you make a version for the European market, you should perhaps use less colours.

In Europe we are mostly grey mice :-)
