Would appreciate any feedback on a new forum that I have added today. Looks, speed, content, interest etc. Also, if anybody has used ezboard for forums. What are your experiences with them?

Also, if you could post something relevant or even become a member, that would be appreciated too. As I'm pretty lonely in there at the moment.

Many thanks.

I like the simplicity of the title logo, but maybe it is a little too simplistic? There is something about the page that doesn't make me feel like I am in a CityPubLife site. Maybe because it looks like every other default forum template. I wouldn't change it too much. Maybe just a change of background colour? It lacks the essence of city pub life.

Cheers

Default Pint of Guinness

matauri

Very much appreciated, thank you. I had another message board which I basically just used to add pub and bar jobs offered/wanted. Initially had a lot of click throughs and licencees were adding their jobs quite nicely, however, over the last four weeks the message board was constantly down and there was a noticeable drop in traffic to the board.

Yesterday I lost my rag, and decided to find a new one and I knocked that one up in a couple of hours. Didn't care much for the design and feel, just wanted rid of the old one. So you are right and I will work on it this week. Maybe make it look like a pint of Guinness. Thanks again.

Not sure why our messages came out twice..but oh well.

Actually, I think your pretty close to the mark with the Guiness idea. Maybe use the Guiness colours for your template also. Guiness always reminds me of Brit pubs :-)

Cheers
