I like the overall colors and product selections. Your "about us" page has all the information someone would need. Good job.
There are a couple of things I think you should change:
1. When my mouse moves around there is this plus sign rather than the standard pointer. This will confuse users. Change this immediately.
2. When I clicked on a photo on the homepage it took me to Home Decor. But FAQ was underlined on the top menu. Am I at a product page or the FAQ page?
3. On the Home Decor/FAQ page, when I mouse over the menu the text disappears, it becomes the same color as the background.
4. On the Home Decor/FAQ page, the title Home Decor shows up above the subcategory menu and below it.
5. The quantity has these arrows to increase and decrease. Do you really need those? Why not let them enter the amount manually if they do want to change them. It clutters up the page and users are not used to them.
6. The screen is sometimes wider than my 1024 px browser window so I need to scroll vertically.
7. The GoDaddy certificate, 128 bit encription and we accept credit cards images should be moved to the footer. It is really taking up valuable real estate in the right margin.
8. The header should be a lot shorter. In Firefox, the top 264 px are the header, it doesn't leave a lot of product visable when I first get to the site. Many users judge a site without scrolling, deciding whether or not to spend time on the site. See if you can reduce the height, allowing more products to be visable when I first visit the homepage.
9. On the product page, the image looks good but is huge. Use thumbnails, then give me the option to click for a larger image. Having large detailed images as the standard image uses a lot of bandwidth and increases download time.
10. Send to a friend should be moved to under the product.
11. I think clickable links should be underlined. Users expect that. On the site, sometimes links are underlined and sometimes they are not. Its confusing (and a little sloppy).
12. Last thing, do you ship internationally? I can't tell. Should I bother to email or call you? Probably not. I will go to another site.
It looks like you have good products. If you can clean up your site, give users what they expect (what is the norm for e-commerce sites), and make it easier to use, I think it will help with conversions.
