I pretty much like quick loading, black/dark text on white bacground -- so two strikes right there. Not crazy about the logo either. The button effects and motion 1-2-3 sections are a little too much like the Aqua era when everyone was doing those glass sphere tutorials. The bright colors on gray/blue/dark red doesn't really go together.
But you can always redeem a site with good writing. And that's strike three here.
"cost effective web solutions" ...Yes because pricey ineffective ones are all the rage.
"New Web Page design Redesign/Update Web Pages" ...Glad you cleared that up, I was afraid you didn't do the only two things web design firms are known for.
The about us page is a cliche, nothing puts forth a coherent business proposition, and nothing differentiates your company from another. This isn't writing for the web, it's typing.

From what I can see, there are three types of copy being written online right now.
There's the really boring, super-safe corporate stuff that leaves you scratching your head and wondering what it is they are trying to say.
There is the super-hard-sell - "You'd be a moron not to buy this NOW" copy - that seems to come from the desk of some demented Ginsu knife salesman.
And there is the OK stuff, that is written well and clearly...but really doesn't get your heart beating or your neurons firing.

You'll need to improve to get to OK.
So, since this is a web design company -- specifically charged with putting a company presence on the web -- the situation is pretty much normal.
