I glanced through the search results for "air conditioning Houston" and your site seems to be a bit above your average competitor.

Overall, it's not bad, but it seems to lack something. Here are a few random points.

I don't really like the large graphic with the mission statement. Your customers care a lot more about their problems than your beliefs. Seems like wasted space. Talk about their problems and how you solve them.

I felt like the blue colors are all over the place. On the home page, there are two different blue skies, a different blue for the buttons, and yet a different blue for the headings. I think this makes it appear visually "scattered" or less cohesive than it should.

A few borders may bring it together a bit too. Like a left/right border to enclose the page.

I think the two banners bother me too. The header at the top looks nice, but then the second header (comes off like a banner ad because of the shape) is just too much space at the top of the page. Why not change the top header on each page to incorporate the title of the page? Less graphics at the top and make sure that some of the content appears higher.

You might want to make sure your text is focused on your keywords too. Houston isn't even mentioned on the home page (except in the title.) Do some research on some good keyword phrases and then focus your text on those phrases.

Hope that helps.
