The site cleanly laid out. The only thing I could think that could use some improving would be the upper navigation. It is a little hard to read. Maybe darken the links or the background up a little.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Seems a litle slow to load. Menu graphics could do with some ALT tags. Google seems to have chosen some very strange adverts to display. Otherwise, a nice design. Forums look good. Good luck with it.
