1. Get rid of the OS Commerce banner at the bottom of the page. It won't help you sell hair products.

2. You need a visible "About Us". I am not about to buy from a site where I know nothing about the people behind it. You need to provide a telephone number and a physical address.

Couple of suggestions

1) Whats the Site About - I guess it sells hair products but who to what for etc
The way it is you will oonly sell to people who know

2) More info - about us etc
eg

How do I know when you use ground shipping

3) Little Thing - some images are 'white backed' on the grey background

Nice site - It just mising a few bits of text
