I've revised this medical supplies online store
and would like any input on design, SEO and improvements.

I would suggest adding "featured items" and the main nav to home page would effectively change it from an intro to a content page.

Product content pages seem okay. Clicking on a listing does, indeed pull up more details.

I agree that adding a featured section would benefit the site/home page. Maybe emphasize the right col. ("Shop here and Save!") items.

I have just added a link back to the home page at the
bottom of the page AND a comprehensive html sitemap
link in the top menu.
