Players get in a league with a maximum of 30 teams. Each week they pick a new NFL lineup, and they get points for how well their NFL players perform. After they use a player once, they cannot use him again. The top half of the league makes it to the playoffs in weeks 14-17, and all scores are reset.

Personally, I like simple and clean, as you have done this page. But watch your grammar! It's "Have you ever GONE through" not "went". And "After you use a player once, you cannot use HIM again" not "them". Also, I think your text assumes the visitor has been there before and knows what the page is about. Maybe a note for new visitors is needed.
